Greenie Detox Smoothie
I’ve had quite a bit “green detox” smoothies but so many of them are hit or miss. This recipe is intended for those who are new to the green smoothie world and wanting something that is sweet but also healthy! This smoothie is a bright, energizing, fiber-rich smoothie packed with natural enzymes, antioxidants, and plant-based hydration. Perfect for mornings, digestion support, or a gentle daily reset.

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup fresh or frozen kiwi (peeled + chopped)
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ cup mint
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
1 cup mixed greens (spinach, kale, or lettuce mix)
1 tsp spirulina powder (optional but powerful)
Cup of ice
Optional Add-Ins:
1 tbsp chia or hemp seeds (for omega-3s & satiety)
½ inch fresh ginger (for anti-inflammatory boost)
Juice of ½ lime (for brightness + liver support)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste + adjust: add extra banana for sweetness or more almond milk for a thinner texture.
Pour into a glass (chilled in the freezer in the best), top with hemp seeds or microgreens if desired, and enjoy!
